After spending an amazing month on holidays in the Greek Islands I was beyond relaxed and ready to come back to reality (the excitement of moving to Sydney was calling and I was dying to get home!). Although having never having moved before soon found out that it was a hell of a lot of work and every night I think I was actually ready for another holiday, but unfortunately, instead of running off to the next exotic location on my travel wish list I settled for the next best thing that relaxes me – a bloody good cup of tea.

I’ve been dying to share my new found love for Dietea which is a gorgeous little label producing the finest luxury loose leaf tea I’ve had the pleasure of coming across and I have to say if it wasn’t enough having their stunningly classy packaging having me at Hello, their even more gorgeous range sealed the deal. With so many to choose from, I had to get some help from the oh so lovely Owner & Founder of Dietea, Erin Hawkes to help me decide on which ones to try first! So with her advice I started out with:

{No.01} Organic Deitea Breakfast
{No.02} Egyptian Mint
{No.05} Jardin de fleurs
{No.07} French Earl Grey

At the moment the {No.01} and the {No.07} blends are my go to’s in the chilly Sydney mornings and for me, the {No.02} blend is the perfect after dinner settler. After falling in love with these little beauties I’m already dying to get my hands on some more and with them all sounding so delicious, I’ve narrowed down my next targets as the {No.04} White Rose {No.12} and the China Jasmine.

MIX IT UP: My number one tip is to actually use the {No.05} Jardin de fleurs which is a blend of Japanese Sencha sprinkled with passionfruit flowers and marigolds as a chilled summer refresher! This blend uses ingredients: green tea, camellia, pineapple bits, sunflower blossoms, English chamomile flowers, mallow flowers, rose petals and calendula so I set these off by adding this one to a jug of Strawberry infused chilled water. Safe to say it was the best idea I think I’ve ever had in my life… well it was to me after unpacking aaaaall of my clothes into my new walk in wardrobe – now that was HARD work!

Maldives anyone?
