19 Dec THE ART OF GIFT WRAPPING

Today is the day that we can all say there is officially less than one week until Christmas; and while it is my absolute favourite time of year it also scares me a little. Presents? Gifts? What the hell am I going to get everyone this year?! The art of gift giving – I think it scares us all doesn’t it?

It’s taken me a few Christmas to actually realise that it really isn’t about the most expensive or the hardest to find anymore, as it really is the thought and meaning behind it. I’ve been down sizing slowly and have found myself actually putting more time and effort into the wrapping instead. The art of gift wrapping? Not gift giving you say? I say correct! More often than not I actually have all the pretty wrapping, stationary and accessories before I even start thinking of what’s actually going to go inside and this year is no exception.

Intro the stunning stationary by the amazing Jessica Da Silva, owner of Studio Silva. I’m officially obsessed with her beautiful work and Studio Silva’s ‘XO’ range of note cards and gift tags stole my heart with its gold foil in all my favourite colours. So whilst I have zero presents sorted in, yes, now less than a week til Christmas, I’m pretty damn happy with my gifting accessories right now.

Studio Silva is also on our LUX LOVES list so head over to the page and click the link to shop their collection up until Christmas. It’s all in the wrapping people.

I am curious to find out what blog system yo#28u&17;re using? I’m experiencing some small security problems with my latest website and I’d like to find something more safe. Do you have any suggestions?
